
Since the COVID-19 pandemic, demand for offline cultural activities (such as musicals and movies) has increased. While there are many services that assist with the viewing ‘procedures’—such as booking and payment—the ‘audiovisual information’ crucial to the actual experience is not being sufficiently provided. We observed situations where it is difficult for viewers to assess in advance information that can only be determined through actual experience, such as field of view, distance, and sound.
Looket is an integrated booking service designed to address these needs by providing vivid, personalized sensory information to help facilitate a more tangible cultural experience
